Cards that Care Blog Hop...

Hello, I am so glad you stopped by today! A group of us wanted to get together and make a holiday card to spread the word about this great event called the Cards that Care Blog Hop. Cards that Care is an event to collect handmade holiday cards for the elderly to distribute at nursing homes.
